Titer Testing
When appropriate, Jamaica Plain Animal Clinic offers blood titer testing to determine if your pet’s antibodies already provide sufficient protection against certain diseases in order to delay vaccine boosters. Titer testing is only available for certain vaccines; please let us know during your visit if you are interested in pursuing vaccine titer testing as a potential alternative to vaccine boosters.
